INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon of cardamom
1 tsp of yeast
1cup of sugar
3cups of rice
Vanilla extract & cinnamon (optional)
Vegetable oil for frying
1/4 cup of coconut milk or water
1 egg (optional)
Step 1: Soak 3 cups of rice overnight or 8hrs maximum
Step 2: Put some cooking oil in a little bowl & also grab one chop stick
Step 3: Grab your blender and dump all your ingredients in it minus the oil.
Step 3: Make sure the mixture is smooth, not loose and not too thick
Step 4: Preheat your pan on a medium stove for a little bit.
Step 5: Pour 1/2 teaspoon of cooking oil in each pan
Step 6: Once the oil is warm then scoop up some mix into each pan.
Step 7: Keep the heat on medium, you want it to cook not burn.
Step 8: Use a chopstick to turn each ball slightly to see how it’s fairing.
Step 9: Once one side is ready then turn it using your chopstick over to the other side.
Step 10: Let that side cook too and VOILA
Repeat steps 5-10 till the end.
PS : The taste of sugar is up to your preference, you can add more if you want more.
