DIRECTIONS
I boiled eggs in one pot. I boiled the mung bean with ginger garlic paste, a 3/4 teaspoonful of ghee, maggi cubes. I poured oil into a pot, cut up some onions and added salsa. I let it fry together on medium heat till the oil was floating on top. I then added my fully boiled mung beans to the “oily stew”. I toss and turn it. I let it cook for a few minutes, add water and wait a couple of more minutes. Once it’s ready to my desire then I turn off the stove. I crack the boiled eggs from the initial pot and place them in the mung bean stew.
