INGREDIENTS

Onions

Tomatoes

Olive oil

Salt

Lemon

DIRECTIONS

I cut up some tomatoes into little squares. I sprinkled some salt, oil and lemon to the mix. I cut up some onions in a round shape as thin as possible. I boiled some water, through the cut onions in it. This is meant to take the bitter taste out of the onions. I squeeze the onions out of the water, dump out the water. I add new water to the onions, squeeze the onions again and dump it out. I then add this “less new bitter cut onions” to the tomatoes. I mix it altogether using a spoon. The end!
