DIRECTIONS
I boiled chicken gizzard with ginger garlic paste and salt. I cut the onions, mixed it with salsa. I poured oil into the pot, added the onions with salsa. I let it cook on medium heat till the oil floated on top. I then added my boiled gizzard. I now let it all cook together. I peeled my avocados. I curved the middle part out. I then placed the gizzards inside.
