DIRECTIONS
I boiled gizzards with Maggi cubes, ginger garlic paste and some chili powder. I cut up some onions, mixed them up with some salsa. I added a pot of oil on a medium stove till warm. I then added the salsa with onions. I let it cook till the oil was floating on top. I fried some plantains and added it to “floating oil pot”. I then grabbed my boiled gizzards and added them to the mix. I sprinkled some black pepper and salt on top. I toss and turned the pot till ready and then I served it.
