Wheat porridge

Wheat flour (King Arthur’s brand)

Whole Milk

Pour water in the pot. Measure my flour and use the skillet to steer it. Turn the stove on and on medium low. Pour some milk in the mix and continue steering. The measurements are solely upto the cook. Don’t add too much milk either, you dont want your porridge being watery. Stay close to the pot because the milk is bound to rise and spill all over your stove. Your measurements of flour and water will determine how thick your porridge is. Once it starts bubbling then you’ll know its ready. You can add the sugar before or after cooking.
