DIRECTIONS
I started off by pouring oil into the pot till it was warm. I cut my onions and mixed it into a bowl with salsa. I then poured the mixture into the warm oil. I let it cook enough then I added salt. Once the stew was full cooked then I poured some eggs into the mix. I tossed the eggs left and right till it was ready to my satisfaction.
I sliced some plantains into whatever shape. I poured my olive oil into the pot till warm enough. I then added the ripe plantains into the oil. I toss and turned the plantains till brown.
Served the plantains with the egg sauce/stew-ish
