         DIRECTIONS
I cut some tomatoes, ginger, garlic, spinach, green pepper and okra into the blender. I let them blend evenly. I poured palm oil into a pot and cut some onions into it. I let the onions fully cook then I added my blended mix. I kept my stove on medium low heat so nothing burns. I stayed withing close proximity to toss and turn the pot. I sprinkled some maggi cubes and black pepper into the pot. I cleaned some fish and grilled it in the oven. Once the oil was swimming on the top then I added my grilled fish. I added water and let it cook for a few minutes. I then served dinner.
