Ginger garlic paste
Egg plants DIRECTIONS I unfroze the meat and boiled it with ginger garlic paste and maggi cubes. I then fried it in olive oil with egg plants. I cut up some onions and ground pepper in a circular motion. I cut up some cilantro, drizzled some lemon juice, salt and olive oil on top. I added my fried beef to the mix and mixed it all together. I then served it as an appetizer.
