Grab a bowl and add flour. Add 2 teaspoonfuls of sugar and one salt. Add baking powder and ground cardamom.Mix it all together then crack an egg and add coconut milk (optional) to the mix. Knead into a dough. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth. Cut into as many pieces as you want. Turn the stove on and put a pan of oil on top. Wait for the oil to warm up. Place the pieces of dough into the oil. Once the dough turns brown then take it out. Just like that, breakfast is served.
