INGREDIENTS
Flour
Eggs
Salt
Sugar
Milk                                                                                                                   DIRECTIONS                                                                                        I poured milk into a bowl and added 2 teaspoonfuls of sugar. I cracked two eggs and added one tea spoon of salt. I mixed all this together in a bowl. I measured my flour and poured little by little. The goal is to have a runny batter not thick with lumps. I used a blender for my finished texture in order to save time. I warmed up a frying pan on the stove and drizzled some oil on the top. I then proceeded to wipe the oil off. I poured the batter on the pan and used the pan handle to spread it across. I let it cook on low heat till the top dried. I then proceeded to turn it and drizzle some oil on top using my spoon. I let it cook to a nice brown color and then I took it off the pan. I repeated the process till the batter was done.
Side note: The measurements are based off personal preference. If you do it long enough, you’ll get the hang of it. Allow yourself to fail at them till you get it down.
