Choice of meat                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      DIRECTIONS                                                                                                                                                        I cracked some eggs, sprinkled a little salt in them and put them aside. I boiled some gizzards in one pot till they were soft. I removed the remaining water from the pot hence living the cooked gizzards alone in the pot. I turned on the stove and waited for the pot to dry before I added oil to the gizzard. I tossed and turned the meat till it was a decent brown color. I slashed some onions into that pot, poured some salsa and maggi cubes. I waited until the oil was floating on the top then I broke some spaghetti inside. I tossed and turned the spaghetti till they caught a little color. I then poured my cracked eggs into the mix. I tossed and turned the pot while on medium.  I grabbed the water I set aside earlier, sprinkled it slowly into the pot. I dont want my spaghetti too watery hence why I made it like this. Once every thing was evenly cooked then I turned off the stove and served the meal.
