Sides (Avocado/Beans) 🇺🇬

 INGREDIENTS

Avocado

Canned Beans

Tomatoes

Green pepper

Onions

Ginger garlic paste

Chili powder

Salt

Cooking Oil

Vinegar                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               DIRECTIONS                                                                                                                                             I picked ripe avocados, peeled and sliced them into square sizes. I poured cooking oil into a pot and put it on a medium stove. I cut onions, ginger-garlic,salt, chili powder, green pepper and threw it in the blender. I let the mixture blend evenly then I poured the mix into the warm oil on the stove. I let it fry on medium low till the oil was on top and the tomatoes at the bottom. I then poured water into my canned beans to erase the smell. Once done then I dipped the beans in a new batch of  water with a splash of vinegar. I then poured the beans into the pot of tomato stew and closed the lid. I let the mixture and beans cook together for quite sometime. And boom I served them as sides.
