INGREDIENTS
Irish potatoes
Water
Salt
Black pepper
Cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
I sliced each potato in two pieces. I poured water into the pot with the sliced potatoes. I poured some salt and black pepper in them. I let them slightly soften basically cooking them for like 5mins or less.
I poured some cooking oil into frying pan. I let the oil warm up, then I add the boiled sliced potatoes. Once the potatoes turn brown ish to my liking then I know they are ready. Just like that dinner is served.
