Pounded yam Dinner 🇨🇩

INGREDIENTS

Cooking oil

Liver

Onions

Lemon

Green pepper

(Ola Ola Flour)                                                                                                                                                                                                                              DIRECTIONS                                                                                                                                                                Pounded yam : I boiled water till it started boiling. I measured the water and separated the extra water & put it aside. I measured my flour, poured it into the water in the pot and started mingling. I added water as I went till ready. The goal is to not have it lumpy by fully cooked. Due to that the heat will be on medium to below.                                                                                                                                                                      Liver:  I unfroze, cleaned the liver and put it in a pot. I put the heat on medium till the water dried. Once the water dried from the liver, I then poured oil into the pot. I tossed and turned the liver till a decent brown color.  I cut some onions,& green pepper. I sprinkled some salt, cilantro and lemon into the pot. I tossed and turned the pot for a few minutes and then served the meal.
