Ginger garlic paste
Choice of meat DIRECTIONS I boiled goat meat with water, ginger garlic paste and maggi cubes. Once the water dries out of the pot then I poured cooking oil into the pot. I adjusted the heat from high to medium on the stove. I tossed and turned the meat till it is a brown-ish color. I cut onions and threw them in the pot. I tossed and turned them till they turned brown. I cut some tomatoes, green pepper and threw them into the pot as well. I turned the stove on medium low to let the tomatoes cook slowly. I sprinkle some salt into the pot. Once the tomatoes turn into stew, fully cooked then I add water. I let it cook slowly on low medium till ready. I poured water into the pot and added peeled green bananas. Once the bananas went soft then I started mashing them. I mingled the mashed bananas on low heat for a little bit. I then served the mashed green bananas with goat meat soup.
