   DIRECTIONS
The green banana is Matooke. I peel it and throw it in the pot of water. I let it boil till the matooke is soft. Once its fully soft, I dump out the water. I then mingle the green banana kind of like mashed potatoes. I then take it out of the pot with a bowl and shape it with it. The trick is that the bowl has to touch hot water in order to shape it properly. I do all the cooking on medium low.Â
 I dropped the peanut stew in my other post called “TILAPIA PEANUT STEW”. I only substituted the tilapia for chicken here.
