Lemon DIRECTIONS Fries: I peeled potatoes and cut them into little fries. I warmed up oil on the stove and threw the potatoes in. I put the stove on medium low to avoid burning. Once they were ready, I took them out. Liver Stew: I unfroze and cleaned the liver. I grabbed a pot and put the liver inside. I turned the heat on and put it on medium low. The goal was to dry the liver enough for me to pour in oil. I tossed the meat till brown. I then cut onions, green pepper and salsa into a blender. Once everything was fully blended then i poured the mix into the liver pot. I sprinkled garlic and salt into the pot. I let it cook long enough for the oil to be on top floating. I then served it. Salad: I cut some cucumbers with lettuce into a bowl. I grabbed water, poured salt in it, cut onions roundly in it. I then used my hands to squeeze the bitterness out of the onions while using the water and salt. I then cleaned these onions with no salt water and added them to the lettuce. I sprinkled a lil bit of olive oil and lemon into the bowl. I mixed everything up and served the salad.
