INGREDIENTS

Liver

Cooking oil

Ginger garlic paste

Maggi Cubes

Onions

Tomato paste

Green pepper

Cilantro

Garlic

DIRECTIONS

Cut the liver , clean it and let it boil with as little water as possible enough to cook it. The goal is to not overcook it, it can’t be too soft or else it won’t be good. Let the water dry, pour oil in the pot. Cut onions into the oil with the liver and let them cook till they are brown. Pour tomato paste into the mix with green pepper, maggi, cilantro and garlic. Let it cook till the oil is on top. Pour a little bit of water in it and let it boil for 5 minutes on low. Once it’s fully cooked then turn off the stove.
