Cooking oil                                                                                                                   DIRECTIONS                                                                                  I poured oil into a pot and put it on a medium low stove. I cut some onions & green pepper. Once the oil warmed up then I poured the Salsa, onions and green pepper into the oil. I sprinkled some salt into the pot. I peeled potatoes and sliced it into 4 pieces per potato. I let the stew cook till the oil was on top. I poured the bag of frozen peas into the pot. I added the peeled potatoes. I tossed and turned till the potatoes caught some color. I then added water to the pot. I covered the pot, kept it at medium low till the water dried ,and the potatoes fully cooked. I then served the food.
