DIRECTIONS
Peel the scales and clean the fish prior to marinating it. I did an easy marinate of ginger, garlic and Maggi cubes in this one. The marinating process is literally mixing ginger, garlic, Maggi with water and oil. Cut a line on different parts of the fish and add the marinating mixture in the cut areas and smear it around the fish as well. Let it sit for a little bit and then put it into the oven.
