Green pepper DIRECTIONS I peeled potato leaves off. I then sliced the potatoes into fries. I then warmed up oil on medium high on the stove. Once the oil warmed up then I threw the fries in. The heat was medium low. Once the fries fully cooked, I turned off the stove. I took out the oil and put it aside. I left the cooked fries in the frying pan. I then sliced some onions, tomatoes, green pepper into it. I cracked some eggs, sprinkled some salt in them. I then turned on the stove again. I grabbed just a few of the oil I put aside and sprinkled some into frying pan. I dumped the eggs right away into the mix. I put the heat on low because the goal is to cook an omelette not scrambled eggs. Once it turned brownish, I turned it over and cooked the other side too. Don’t forget that the fries are inside this with tomatoes, onions and green pepper. I then served it for breakfast.
